Mr. Grippo is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Glacier Media Inc. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Mr. Grippo worked with Arthur Andersen & Co. before founding the Madison Group of Companies in 1976. The Madison Group has a diversified portfolio of companies with operations in various industries including real estate, media, data and information, and industrial automation and service.

Mr. Grippo has overseen the growth of Glacier into a diversified data, business intelligence, and media company. He continues to focus on driving investment in quality products and talented staff and maintaining long-term growth strategies.

Mr. Melville originally joined Glacier in 2012, initially overseeing the company’s M&A and strategic partnering activities, before overseeing the growth of Glacier’s business information and data businesses. In May 2023 he assumed his current role as President and CEO, where he oversees the operations and strategic direction of Glacier’s portfolio of businesses.

Prior to Glacier, Mark spent a decade in Silicon Valley in executive positions at three venture-backed technology companies, two of which were acquired by Amazon and Compuware. Mr. Melville started his career as a strategy consultant with the Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), working in Hong Kong and Toronto, advising multinationals such as AT&T, Microsoft, and Coca-Cola.

Mr. Melville holds an honour’s finance degree from UBC, an MBA and MPA degree from Harvard Business School, and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

Mr. Aunger is a Director and the Chair of the Audit Committee of Glacier Media Inc. A graduate of Simon Fraser University and a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Aunger went on to become a partner at Arthur Andersen & Co. specializing in taxation financing, and oversaw the Vancouver mergers & acquisition practice. Mr. Aunger joined the Madison Group in 1988 and was an integral part of developing and executing business and investment strategies for over 30 years.

Mr. McKinnon is President, CEO, and sole shareholder of Norscot Investments Ltd., a privately held company with interests in media and residential/commercial real estate developments in Washington, British Columbia, and Alberta. Mr. McKinnon has extensive executive and senior management leadership experience, governance, and executive compensation expertise. He has particular expertise in strategy and operations.

He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Okanagan Skeena Ltd., a radio broadcasting and cable television business, and President and CEO of Nornet Broadcasting Ltd. and Central Island Broadcasting Ltd., both radio broadcasting businesses. Mr. McKinnon also served as the sole outside director of Castanet Media Ltd. for 18 years. Castanet.net is the leading source of news and community information in the Okanagan of B.C.
